Aid Station:  There will be a manned aid station at the start/finish shelter with a variety of food and fluids; drop bags can also be left here if you want to use one.  NOTE: We have moved towards being a cupless event; pre-filled paper cups will not be set out at the aid station.  Runners will be responsible for carrying their own container (bottle, vest, reusable cup, etc.) to refill along the way.  If you do not already have a reusable cup, we will provide you with one at check-in, courtesy of Hammer Nutrition!  Thanks for your help in reducing the trash generated by the race.
